Our Vision

 Our Vision is to build an inclusive, nationwide ecosystem that prioritizes the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of female veterans, servicewomen, and their families. With less than 1% of the U.S. population comprised of female veterans, and only 18% of the military being women, we are committed to creating a space where their unique experiences are honored. We strive to be a trusted source for advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, where toughness and vulnerability coexist in the healing journey. We also envision a future where women can fully own their intelligence, strength, and accomplishments without fear of intimidation or judgment.

But we don’t do it alone. We welcome anyone—veterans, civilians, and allies—who believes in standing alongside these women to support their journey. Together, we create a space where women can thrive, knowing they are valued, empowered, and supported for all they bring to the table.
