Return and Refund Policy

At Soldier Girl Boutique, we strive to provide high-quality merchandise created by Veterans and Active service members. As a non-profit organization, all proceeds from sales go towards supporting our programs and initiatives for female Veterans and Servicewomen. We appreciate your support and understanding of our return and refund policy.


1. Returns


We accept returns for Soldier Girl Boutique merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date

2. Non-Returnable Items


Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Donations made to Soldier Girl Boutique
  • Sale items
  • Auction items
  • Gift cards

3. Reasons for Return


You may return merchandise for the following reasons:

  • The item does not fit properly, and you need a different size.
  • The item is defective or damaged.

4. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at contact@soldiergirlboutique.org with your order number and reason for the return
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item
  • Ship the item back to us at: 723 W. University Avenue, STE 110-145, Georgetown, Texas 78626

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


6. Exchanges


We only except exchanges for Soldier Girl Boutique NEW merchandise. If you need to exchange any Soldier Girl Boutique merchandise for a different size, please contact us at contact@soldiergirlboutique.org with your order number and the size you need. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
