Leadership Honors

At Soldier Girl Boutique, we honor the extraordinary leadership and contributions of female veterans, servicewomen, and their families. The Leadership Honors are awarded based on nominations submitted by those within our community—whether you’re a veteran, currently serving, or a family member who has witnessed someone step up in a time of need.

We pay tribute not only to the women who have served but also to those who have supported them. Family members may nominate individuals who have stepped in to provide leadership, guidance, or care when a female veteran or servicewoman could not be there—whether due to deployment, injury, or in cases where a warrior has paid the ultimate sacrifice. We believe that leadership manifests in many forms, and these awards will acknowledge all those who rise to meet the challenges of service and sacrifice.

Additionally, the Leadership Honors will recognize pioneering female heroes throughout military history, honoring the trailblazers who paved the way for future generations. These awards aim to inspire by reflecting on both historical and modern-day female leaders who continue to shape the future of our military.
